We are a German company, based in Munich, specializing in the development and production of high quality fitness equipment. Our products are made in our manufactory at the Ostbahnhof in Munich by hand. There is no OEM production in our company. In order to maintain our high quality standards, all of our fitness equipment is carefully tested by our employees before it is shipped.

Why should I do sports?

Physical activity has numerous positive effects on our health and quality of life. Sporting activity not only strengthens the body, but also the mind. It increases physical fitness, increases endurance and muscle strength, reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and improves a healthy weight management.

In addition, regular exercise has a positive effect on mental health, as it can reduce stress, improve the mood and mental clarity. How much sport is necessary to stay healthy and fit? 

The World Health Organization (WHO) has published clear recommendations on physical activity to promote population health and well-being. These recommendations were updated in 2010 and are as follows:

– At least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic physical activity per week (e.g., brisk walking).
– Or at least 75 minutes of intense aerobic physical activity per week (e.g., running).
– Or a combination of moderate and intense activity.
– In addition, muscle-strengthening activities should be performed at least two days per week.

WHO emphasizes that regular physical activity promotes health, reduces the risk of non-communicable diseases such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes and cancer, supports mental health and improves quality of life. The above recommendations serve as a guide to achieve these benefits, and they can be adapted to individual needs and capabilities. It is important that people of all ages find ways to be physically active and maintain an active lifestyle.
