THIS IS HOW THE TRIAL ORDER WORKS

After you place your order by email, we will deliver a new, unused ergometer to your home.

The ergometer is fully assembled, all you have to do is put the front tube in the frame and fix it with a screw.

Then you are ready for your ‘trial week’

We will charge you a fee of EUR 75 for this.

If you do not want to keep the ergometer, you just need to pack it again and we will have it picked up by our shipping partner. There are no additional costs.

If you decide to purchase the device we will send you the invoice. We will credit you the fee of EUR 75,-.
