Conclusion of contract / Performance of contract

The contract will only take effect when the confirmation of order / dispatch is sent to the customer by email. Orders and delivery addresses outside the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and the Netherlands will be processed separately.

 

Right to return goodsThe customer is free to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. He/she may arrange for the goods to be taken back by sending an email to info@stil-fit.com. The goods will be taken back free of charge.

 

Data protection

All personal data are treated confidentially as a matter of principle. Data required to perform the transaction will be stored and may be passed on to associated companies for the purpose of processing the order.

Warranty

Stil-Fit International GmbH provides a warranty of 2 years for private customers and 1 year for commercial customers.

The warranty covers material and production defects. Damage resulting from incorrect handling, failure to follow operating instructions, inadequate maintenance, the use of force or normal wear and tear is not covered by the terms of the warranty. Repairs will be performed on site by our service team, or the unit will be collected and returned to the customer following repair. Transport will be effected free of charge.

 

Limitation of / Exemption from liability

With the exception of injury to life, body or health and breach of fundamental contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), STIL-FIT International GmbH will only be liable for damage that can be attributed to intentional or grossly negligent conduct. This also applies to indirect, consequential damage such as, in particular, lost profit. With the exception of intentional or grossly negligent conduct and damage resulting from injury to life, body and health and breach of fundamental contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), liability towards consumers and commercial enterprises will be limited to damage foreseeable at the time the contract is concluded and moreover to the average amount of damages typical for this type of contract. This also applies to indirect, consequential damage such as, in particular, lost profit.
